The challenge start date commences on Monday the 27th of January and goes for 12 weeks. Register prior to secure your spot and enjoy the luxury of gaining access to the gym and all of its classes for free until the start date.
Once you have signed up to the challenge, you will get prompted to download our app. This app will help you track all your workouts, your body scans and also your food intake helping you achieve your best results yet!
Each 50-minute class includes a warm-up, a working phase, and a cool-down. Our expert coaches will guide you through every step of the workout, while our incredible community of members help support and encoruage you throughout class.
